Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Surface Protection Studio website at surfaceprotection.studio and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Surface Protection Studio is a trade name of Ellis Consulting LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Surface Protection Studio provides professional automotive protection and detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Ceramic coating application
• Window tint installation
• Paint correction

Services are performed at our facility located at 117 N Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA 70737. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our website, phone, email, or in-person consultations are non-binding and subject to change upon physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Vehicle condition and size
• Complexity of the installation
• Materials selected
• Additional preparation work required

Prices are subject to change without notice. A final quote will be provided and agreed upon before work begins.

Appointments & Cancellation

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, if applicable.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, supply chain issues, or weather conditions. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such cases.

Payment

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before services begin. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and approved financing options. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance.

A deposit may be required for certain services to secure your appointment and order materials. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services at our discretion.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on products such as LLumar PPF and Gtechniq ceramic coatings are separate from any workmanship warranty provided by Surface Protection Studio. Specific warranty terms and coverage depend on the product and service performed.

Warranty details, including duration and coverage, will be provided at the time of service. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the applicable warranty terms. Improper maintenance, modifications, or damage caused by accidents, negligence, or environmental factors may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surface Protection Studio and Ellis Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, including paint defects, chips, scratches, or rust that existed prior to service. A pre-service inspection will be conducted to document existing conditions.

Vehicle Care & Maintenance

Customers are responsible for following all care and maintenance instructions provided after service. Failure to follow these instructions may affect the performance and longevity of installed products and may void applicable warranties.

Care instructions will be provided in writing at the time of service delivery.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious code
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Surface Protection Studio / Ellis Consulting LLC or our content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
